3. Booking and Payment
Booking: To book a ride, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, payment details, and trip details.
Payment: By booking a ride, you agree to pay the 5280 Rydes booking and service fee ($5), and to pay fare for the ride as determined by the Company. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Additional charges may apply for extra services, wait times, or changes in the itinerary.

Drivers have the right to refuse service if passengers engage in inappropriate behavior or refuse to follow reasonable instructions.
