Refund Policy

At 5280 Rydes, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality transportation services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Scheduled Rides:

Customers may cancel or reschedule scheduled rides at least 24 hours before the start time with no penalty.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

 

Rescheduling is always free, regardless of timing.

 

On-Demand, Airport Transfers, and Hourly Services:

These services are generally non-refundable once dispatched. Please contact us immediately if changes are required.

 

2. Payments

All rides must be paid for upfront through our website: 5280rydes.com.

 

Payment is held pending until the ride is completed.

 

Once a ride is completed, the transaction is final and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

 

Option to pay in person with express pay or cash as well.

 

3. Refund Requests

If you experience an issue with your ride or service:

 

Please contact us at admin@5280rydes.com within 48 hours of your scheduled ride.

 

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

4. No-Show Policy

If a rider is not present at the pickup location and cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the ride will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
